ISD Huta Częstochowa Sp. z o.o. continues over 100-year steelworks tradition in Częstochowa. Since October 2005 via ISD Polska it belongs to the international ISD Group and since Augost 2006 it has the present name. It is the main manufacturer of the metallurgical division of ISD in Poland.

Gdańsk Shipyard is the leader in builiding of technically advanced specilistic ships and soon it shall become the manufacturer of wind towers' elements. Since 2007 the company operates within the internetional ISD Group as independent from ISD Polska and its metallurgical activity.
